Global digitalization process in Lamigraf

Lamigraf is engaged in a global digitalization process, specifically with the implementation of a project developed entirely in the cloud through the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solution.
This implementation will be carried out both nationally and internationally and in all its subsidiaries in order to standardize data and processes, achieving full integration of Lamigraf in a single digital platform.
The main goal is to optimize production performance and automate its supply chain, boosting the growth of the company.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management is a management solution that helps organizations modernize their supply chains, allowing the automatization of the different processes involved in it and integrating all the information from the different business areas through AI and the Internet of Things (IoT). This offers a panoramic view of the operations of the supply chain as well as the security of taking proactive and well-founded decisions.
