With production plants in Spain, Germany, Brazil, and China<\/strong>, and design and sales offices in multiple regions, we anticipate trends and create tailor-made solutions for our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager<\/strong> to join our team in Brazil<\/strong>. We\u2019re seeking someone with a strategic mindset<\/strong> and results-driven approach<\/strong>, who is passionate about building strong, long-term relationships with clients and multicultural teams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Main Responsabilities:<\/div>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Develop customer relationship strategies, especially with Product, Design, and Purchasing departments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prepare customized commercial proposals to maximize customer satisfaction and lead the negotiation of commercial terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans, conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and promote continuous improvement in commercial processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitor sales volume and the number of new SKUs, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to expand market share<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Budgeting, planning, and forecasting for the assigned client portfolio<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Represent Lamigraf at trade shows and industry events, strengthening the company\u2019s presence in the South American market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    Requirements:<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    \u2714 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
    \u2714 Fluent in English and\/or Spanish (ideally both)
    \u2714 Solid experience in account management and industrial B2B sales
    \u2714 Strong market analysis and commercial strategy skills
    \u2714 Dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented profile
    \u2714 Availability to travel<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Preferred Qualifications:<\/div>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Knowledge of the laminated wood panel industry or other decorative construction products<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in strategic or commercial fields<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
