With production facilities in Spain, Germany, Brazil and China, as well as design and sales offices in several regions, we set trends and create bespoke solutions for our customers.
To expand our team at our German site in Bönen, we are looking for a:
Order Processing & Customer Service Assistant (m/f/d)
- Processing incoming enquiries and orders, and taking responsibility for order fulfilment through to invoicing
- Handling general correspondence and maintaining customer and master data
- Working closely with all relevant departments, such as accounts, production planning, dispatch, the laboratory, production and the field service team
- Providing support at trade fairs and during customer visits
✔ Completed commercial training and/or several years’ professional experience in a similar role.
✔ Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
✔ Proficiency in standard MS Office programmes
✔ Enjoy working as part of a team and communicating with our customers
✔ High level of initiative and strong organisational skills
✔ Business fluency in German and English
