We are currently looking to hire a Demand Planner for our headquarters in L’Ametlla del Vallès (Barcelona) to join the Planning and Logistics Department. We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic person with a strong ability and willingness to learn continuously.
This role will report directly to the Head of Corporate Operations Planning.
- Demand forecasting and sales analysis using advanced planning tools.
- Preparation and updating of demand reports for management and the sales team.
- Coordination with Sales, Procurement, and Production to ensure alignment between forecasts, supplier supply, and production capacity.
- Optimization of planning processes and continuous improvement in demand management.
- Participation in and contribution to continuous improvement initiatives within the company’s S&OP processes.
- Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and deviation analysis.
- Support in the management and improvement of forecasting systems and ERP tools.
✔ University degree related to Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or similar.
✔ Specific training in Demand Planning is highly valued.
✔ Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planner roles; experience in industrial companies is a plus.
✔ Advanced Excel skills and experience with demand forecasting software (ideally Demand Planning in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management).
✔ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
✔ DDMRP certification will be positively valued.
✔ Strong analytical skills, initiative, and cross-functional coordination abilities with supply chain departments.
✔ Languages: English, Spanish, and Catalan.
✔ Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required (location in an industrial area).
