For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At LAMIGRAF, S.A., we process your data for the purpose of managing our business relationship in all areas, from the execution of the contract of sale and/or provision of services and everything that this entails, to maintaining contact and sending commercial communications by electronic means.
No automated decisions will be made based on the data provided.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept for as long as our business relationship continues and for up to five years from the last sale or completion of service provision.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis for processing your data is that it is necessary for the execution of a contract of sale and/or provision of services to which you are a party.
The processing of your data for the purpose of sending you commercial communications by email or other equivalent electronic means of communication will be carried out under the protection of Article 21.2 of Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce, which allows us, when there is a prior contractual relationship, to send you commercial communications relating to products and services of our company that are similar to those initially contracted, as long as you do not express your opposition to such communications (see the “Rights” section below). Each communication sent includes a simple procedure for unsubscribing.

During the treatment period, LAMIGRAF, S.A. will not transfer your data, except when legally required to do so.
We also use data processors in software resources under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
However, at LAMIGRAF, S.A. we will have the collaboration of third-party service providers that we may have contracted in each case and that, in order to provide said service, may need to have access to your personal data, but they will process it with all the required legal guarantees, following our instructions and after signing a data protection contract in which we require, among other things, that the data be processed exclusively for the agreed purposes, that appropriate technical and organizational measures be applied, and that the data be deleted and returned at the end of the service.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?
Purpose 1: To maintain our contact list,
a) As a contact person to maintain relations with the legal entity or organization in which you provide your services.
b) As an interested party who has contacted us to consult us or request information, so that we can assist you.
c) As a contact person to maintain direct relations.
Purpose 2: Sending commercial communications, including by email and other equivalent electronic means of communication, about our products and services, as well as information about events and happenings, if you have requested and granted us your authorization to do so.

How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept for purpose 1:
a) In the case of a contact person for maintaining relations with the legal entity or organization in which you provide your services, it will be kept for as long as our relationship with said legal entity or organization is maintained, and subject to the legal deadlines for any legal responsibilities that may arise from the relationship with the legal entity or organization.
b) In the case of a data subject who has contacted us, for up to 6 months after responding to your request, in case you make any further communications regarding that query or request for information.
c) In the case of a contact person for maintaining direct relations, it will be kept for as long as the relationship is maintained and subject to the legal retention periods.
For purpose 2 of sending commercial communications, we will keep your data as long as you do not express your opposition to continuing to receive our communications.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis for processing your data for the purpose of maintaining a contact list is:
a) In the case of a contact person for maintaining relations with the legal entity or organization in which you provide your services, it is the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of the controller, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.1.f of the GDPR.
b) In the case of a data subject who has contacted us, the legal basis is obtaining your consent.
c) In the case of a contact person for maintaining direct relations, it is the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of the controller, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.1.f of the GDPR.
For purpose 2, sending commercial communications, the legal basis for processing your data is obtaining your consent.
