2. What do we process your personal data for?

At Lamigraf, S.A.U.  we process your data for the main purpose of maintaining our contact agenda,

a) As contact person to maintain relations with the legal entity or organisation at which you render your services.

b) As interested party who has got in touch with us to make an enquiry or ask for some information, in order to be able to help you.

As additional purpose, in the event of authorisation having been requested and your having granted this, we will process your data for sending commercial notifications.

3. How long will we keep your data for?

The personal data provided will be kept for the following main purpose:

a) In the event of involving a contact person, to maintain relations with the legal entity or organisation at which you render your services, this will be kept for as long as our relations with that legal entity or organisation last, and leaving the periods legally stipulated for any legal responsibilities which may result from the relation with the legal entity or organisation.

b) In the event of an interested party getting in touch with us, for up to 6 months after answering your enquiry, in case there were any later correspondence to be made with regard to said consultation or enquiry for information.

As regards the additional purpose of sending commercial notifications, we will keep your data until you declare your opposition to going on receiving our communications.

4. Automated decisions, profiles and logic applied:

The company will NOT make any automated decisions.

5. What is the lawful basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your data as regards the main purpose of keeping the contact agenda is:

a) In the event of involving a contact person, to maintain relations with the legal entity or organisation at which you render your services, this is to meet the lawful interest of the data controller, as laid down in Art. 6.1.f of the GDPR.

b) In the event of an interested party getting in touch with us, the legal basis is that of obtaining your consent.

As regards the additional purpose of sending commercial notifications, the legal basis for processing your data is that of obtaining your consent.

6. Who will your data be given to?

During the period for which the processing lasts we will not give your data to third parties.

At Lamigraf, S.A.U.  we work in cooperation with third parties rendering services which we may have contracted in each individual case. For rendering that service, it may be necessary for those third parties to have access to your personal data. They will nevertheless process that data with all the required legal guarantees, following our instructions and after signing a data protection contract in which we required them, amongst others, to process the data only for the purposes agreed, to apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, as well as to delete and return the data at the end of the service.

At Lamigraf, S.A.U. we work to strict criteria for selecting third parties to provide services in order to meet our obligations in the field of data protection.

7. What are your rights when you supply us with your data?

Anyone is entitled to obtain information as to whether LAMIGRAF, S.A.U.  is dealing with personal data which concerns you or not.
